It is difficult not to get carried away with the hype of drinking green tea. And a green tea capsule is no different. Thousands of years ago when green tea was first produced you could n0t imagine or fathom the range that is being sold today. Modern technology and science has allowed the creation of green tea and decaf green tea products in many forms. Whether this will have any long term effects or not I guess time will eventually tell.
